Nainital: Illegal construction notice served again to 72-yr-old accused in rape case involving 12-yr-old minor

The Nainital Municipal Corporation (NMC) has issued a notice to 72-year-old Mohammad Usman, accused of raping a minor girl, for allegedly constructing a house on government land.
