Devipatan division ranked first in grievance redressal across the state, followed by Mirzapur in second place and Aligarh in third, according to the August Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) report.
Continuous efforts are underway to make the Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) more efficient, transparent, and people-friendly in Uttar Pradesh, and in this context, the July report was presented before the Chief Minister on Friday.
Delegations from across the country have visited Uttar Pradesh to study these systems, including a team from the Delhi government, which praised the model for its efficiency and transparency.
