The league will be placed in two phases, with the inaugural phase to take place in Ranchi, Jharkhand, from 30th April to 9th May 2024.

HI, recently, had recommended the name of women's team captain Rani Rampal for the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award while Vandana Katariya, Monika and Harmanpreet Singh were nominated for the Arjuna Award.

Meanwhile, women's hockey team goalkeeper Savita expressed that she had a great time learning about the specifications of the hockey pitch.
