Raising the issue during Zero Hour, Fatehpur Congress MLA Bhawani Singh Pathania cautioned that unchecked activities of illegal crushers near the Shah Nehar Barrage and in Chak Mirpur posed a serious threat to both infrastructure and local communities.
The issue was raised by BJP legislators Sudhir Sharma, Randhir Sharma, and Balbir Verma, who alleged irregularities in the allotment of 70 shops in Parala, Shilaroo, and Tutu apple markets in Shimla district.
The resolution, moved on a Private Members’ Day by Nahan Congress MLA Ajay Solanki, was adopted by voice vote and will now be forwarded to the Central Government for further action.
The matter was raised by BJP MLA Satpal Singh Satti, who pointed out that 11 per cent DA was due and demanded to know when the government would release it.
Raising the issue, Bharmaur MLA Dr. Janak Raj demanded strict action not only against the accused, but also against the officials who failed to act promptly.
BJP MLA Vinod Kumar asked whether the Himcare scheme had been discontinued, alleging that patients were not receiving its benefits.
