Maduro and his wife Flores were captured by US special forces from their Caracas safe house on Saturday following an unprecedented military operation codenamed "Operation Absolute Resolve".
The case, filed by chief of outfit Hindu Sena Vishnu Gupta was listed in the Ajmer Civil Court's cause list on Saturday. However, the hearing could not be held due to "work-boycott" by lawyers.
The court did not record any arguments after it was informed that the Supreme Court will hear the Mathura case on December 16.
Special Judge (PC Act) Vishal Gogne, who was expected to deliver the verdict on Saturday, has deferred the pronouncement to December 16.

A Bench of Justices Aravind Kumar and N V Anjaria permitted Angmo to amend her petition to include a challenge to the grounds of detention now supplied by the Centre.
A Bench of Justices Surya Kant and Joymalya Bagchi said the matter could not be taken up due to a lack of time and will now be heard on November 11.
The case was being heard by Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra's bench earlier.
Gandhi has filed a petition under Section 205 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), seeking exemption from personal appearance during trial proceedings.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Neeraj Kumar Tripathi heard the case and fixed September 4 as the next date.
