The global non-governmental organization and a response from the Sikh community to the challenges of climate change and environmental degradation, has taken the initiative announced a campaign to plant 350 Sacred Forests to commemorate the 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
The sacred relics comprise a single piece of footwear each, Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj’s right shoe, measuring approximately 11 inches by 3½ inches, and Mata Sahib Kaur Ji’s left shoe, about 9 inches by 3 inches.

Mr Modi expressed happiness over receiving the distinguished members of a Sikh delegation who handed over their recommendations with regard to the safekeeping and befitting display of the sacred and invaluable relics.
