The court was dealing with a batch of pleas relating to the tussle between former Chief Ministers O Panneerselvam (OPS) and EPS over AIADMK leadership.
The DMK government has scrapped several welfare schemes implemented by the party, including free laptop scheme for school students as well as Amma clinics, alleged EPS.
The single bench judge, Justice G. Jayachandran had ordered to maintain the status quo of the general council meeting of June 23, according to which O. Panneerselvam will become the Coordinator and EPS will be joint convenor.
