The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has opposed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea against his arrest and subsequent remand, stating that it is based on material in possession of the agency.
Kejriwal's counsel also told the court that 'aloo puri' was served once as part of prasad to him.

On Thursday, in a plea to a Division Bench, the ED had drawn the attention of the Calcutta High Court to the possibility of crucial evidence being tampered with while Shahjahan was in CID custody. Now, top ED officials are working on technical possibilities to get the accused out of the state police’s custody.
The ED counsel, Dhiraj Trivedi said that he feared that there would be tampering of evidence while Shahjahan was in state police custody.
A source in the agency claimed that to examine the accounts of the party, such a summons was issued to him.
Staying the Madras High Court order that protected the district collectors from appearing before the ED in response to its summons, the top court termed the plea of Tamil Nadu and its officials against the ED summons as "strange and unusual".
