Delhi CM’s statement on cleaning of Yamuna for Chhath misleading: Devender

He claimed that the BJP government’s efforts so far to clean the Yamuna river have not borne much success, adding that the river can be made cleaner only when the sewer effluents discharged into it are treated and cleaned.
