Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee would be holding a meeting with all departmental secretaries on Tuesday at Nabanna Sabhaghar on the progress of the ongoing schemes and developmental projects in the state and is likely to release an annual report card on the basis of reports already submitted to her office.
The projects are related to irrigation, drinking water and a National Highway in Kodekal, Yadgir.
The chief minister said the MLAs priority meeting aims at providing an opportunity to the MLAs to prioritize their developmental priorities of their respective areas.
He said that the previous state government simply made announcements and laid foundation stones, without making adequate provision of budget.
Inaugurating and laying foundation stones of developmental projects worth Rs 73.10 crore in Gagret Assembly segment of Una district through video conferencing from Shimla, the Chief Minister said the central government has provided 1.60 lakh Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits, over three lakh N95 masks and 500 ventilators to the state to tackle the Coronavirus.
The PM also wished success to a delegation of officials from Nigeria who came to study the Swachh Bharat Mission to replicate it in their country.
He also launched Him Pragati portal to fast track clearances and approvals of various developmental projects being effectively monitored by the Chief Minister's office.
