Addressing the ‘Samvidhan Sadan’ on the occasion of Constitution Day, Jagdeep Dhankar said Democracy is best nurtured with its constitutional institutions being in sync, tandem and togetherness adhering to their jurisdictional area.
Mr Birla said all three organs of the State should function within Constitutional limits. As these organs draw their powers from the Constitution, there should be no overlapping in their powers and functions.
The Lok Sabha speaker said it is the responsibility of legislative bodies, from Panchayats to Parliament, to effectively convey issues of public interest to the executive.
