The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has appointed S Radha Chauhan (Retd. IAS: 1988: UP), former Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training, as the full-time Chairperson of the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) for a period of three years from the date she assumes charge.
