According to the police, the malls that received such threats include Chanakya Mall, Select CityWalk, Ambience Mall, DLF, Cinepolis, Pacific Mall, Primus Hospital, and properties managed by the Unity Group.
No explosives were found on the school grounds. However, a case has been registered, and authorities continue to trace the origin of the threat email.
A Mumbai-bound IndiGo flight from Chennai which received a bomb threat landed safely at the Mumbai airport on Tuesday night, officials said.
As per cops, the threat mail was received on Monday morning at the Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) office, which read that there was a bomb inside Delhi to Dubai flight. However, it turned out to be a hoax.
Bomb threats were sent to around 10-15 museums, including the Railway Museum in Delhi, via emails, officials said.
Following this, a thorough inspection was conducted, with all the standard security protocols and procedures in place, but nothing suspicious was found later, an official added.
The threat call came while the flight was midair. Authorities at the Srinagar airport took all precautionary measures.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (IGI Airport) Usha Rangnani said that at around 5 a.m., information was received regarding a paper found in the lavatory of an Indigo flight scheduled to depart for Varanasi, with the word 'bomb@5.30' written on it.
According to the Delhi Fire Services, two calls, including one at the Lady Sri Ram College and another at IP college, were received.
