Expressing confidence, Saraogi said that Nitin Nabin, who is very popular among party workers, will prove to be a strong and capable National President.
He said before 2005, Bihar lacked adequate medical and engineering colleges, whereas today the state is steadily moving forward on the path of development.
He said, “Nitish Kumar has consistently established good governance. Going forward too, the entire system of good governance will function under his guidance and leadership.”
