Bengaluru rains: 10 dead as heavy rains, strong winds wreak havoc in the city

Seven people were killed, including two Kerala-based tourists, after a compound wall of the government-run Bowring Hospital collapsed amid heavy rains in Bengaluru on Wednesday.
