SC seeks EC reply on ADR plea over details of 65 lakh omitted voters in Bihar’s SIR

A bench of Justice Surya Kant, Justice Ujjal Bhuyan, and Justice Nongmeikapam Kotiswar Singh directed the ECI to submit its response by Saturday, August 9, and provide a copy to advocate Prashant Bhushan, who appeared on behalf of the petitioner ADR. The matter will now be heard on August 12.
