Academic euphoria

An additional reason for the academic euphoria must be that two colleges of West Bengal ~ Kolkata’s St Xavier’s College and Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College, Rahara ~ have made it to India’s top ten under-graduate colleges.
