Indian skipper Virat Kohli, also known as the record breaker in the history of cricket, is all set to start his innings in Bollywood with a Karan Johar film.
On Sunday morning, Karan Johar confirmed that he had roped in Indian’s run machine Kohli for his next film. Virat’s “one and only” Anushka Sharma will be seen playing the character of his love interest in the film.
However, KJO has yet not announced the name of his film and, though it is expected to hit the theatres on April 1, 2019.

Virat Kohli, who has played 208 One Day International matches and scored 9,588 runs, reportedly told a TV channel that he was excited to be starting his acting innings with Karan Johar.
The storyline is not known yet.
Anushka Sharma has not reacted to the news yet, and fans are eagerly waiting for her first reactions.
Anushka Sharma is currently one of highest paid actresses in Indian film industry. So, it is to be seen if ‘newcomer’ Virat gets a fatter paycheck than his wife who is an established actress.
However, Virat may not have done any film yet, he is not new to cameras. Having featured in hundreds of advertisements for almost a decade now, he is definitely not a newbie in the entertainment world. All of us saw him say romantic lines in the Manyavar ad with Anushka Sharma a couple of months before they got married in Italy, and loved him.
Virat playing lead opposite Anushka will hence be the best news for their fans.
