Lauding the performance of Indian U-15 boxer Hanshika Attri, who won Gold Medal in the Asian Boxing championship held recently in Tashkent, head of Palam 360 Khap Surender Solanki on Tuesday said that the entire rural community is proud of her. Girls of the country are making the nation proud with their efforts and hard work across different fields, he added.

He said the people of the country, especially the rural belt, are promoting women in different fields, and young girls are being extended full support in the field of education and sports.

Hanshika Attri, the U-15 Gold Medal Winner, who is among the Indian players who achieved success in the recently held Asian Boxing Championship in Tashkent, trained with the boxing academy at the revered Dada Dev Temple in Palam , and to honor her, a welcome ceremony was held at the place on her proud achievement.

Solanki said that girls coming from all walks of life, and especially the rural belt are bringing accolades to the nation, their native places and their parents, relatives and friends with their achievements in fields where earlier it was rare to see a woman.
Such talented girls are also an inspiration for the young generation, especially girls, giving them direction to work hard and scale heights in their career and life.
Be it Army, Air Force, Navy, Police, and other professions, women are walking together equally with men, he said.

He shared that at the revered Dada Dev temple complex located in Palam village of South West Delhi, a boxing academy is functional that provides free of cost training to the youth, also girls, while Attri is also one of the children who have trained here.
Apart from the Palam 360 chief, those senior and respected persons from the entire Palam and other villages of Delhi who were present on the occasion were Ombir Solanki, president Dada Dev Mandir committee, Vice Presidents Satbir Solanki, Bhup Singh, Boxing coach Harish Solanki and Zile Singh Gahlot, the secretary of the committee.
Other boxers who train at the academy were also present to welcome and honor the young athlete who has made the academy proud.
