Indian cricketer Suresh Raina displayed strong support for Sadhguru’s initiative ‘Rally For Rivers’, welcoming the Indian yogi in the capital city of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday.
“Welcoming @SadhguruJV to #Lucknow! May #RallyForRivers see great success and bring back life to our lifelines. Show your support,” Raina said on Twitter, posing in a picture with his wife Priyanka Chaudhary and Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev.

‘Rally For Rivers’ is a national campaign conceived by Sadhguru, founder of Isha Foundation, to raise awareness about India’s dying rivers.
In January this year, the 60-year-old Yogi was conferred with the Padma Vibhushan award by the Government of India, for his contribution in Indian spirituality.
Earlier in the day, UP CM Yogi Adityanath also hailed Sadhguru’s noble idea, saying: “ईशा फाउण्डेशन की इस पहल का हम स्वागत करते हैं एवं आशा करते हैं कि यह अभियान भारत में नदियों को बचाने में सफल होगा। मेरी शुभकामनाएं। (We welcome Isha Foundation’s initiative and hope this campaign will help saving Indian rivers. My best wishes.)”
