Pakistan batsman Imam-ul-Haq has landed in controversy after a slew of leaked messages were out on social media allegedly of him having multiple affairs and cheating on girls.

According to reports, a Twitter user has leaked some WhatsApp chats and accused Imam of exploiting women. The tweet contains some screenshots which allegedly are from Imam’s conversation with different girls.

As soon as the media was shared on Twitter, it was the Pakistani left-hander who was on the receiving end.

Moreover, it also remains to be seen if the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) takes any action over the same. If the board decides to act based on these screenshots and tweets, the left-hander might have to face some tough time in the near future.

The 23-year-old has so far played 36 ODI matches for Pakistan and has amassed 1,692 runs at an average of 54.58. Imam’s highest ODI score is 151. However, the southpaw’s brief Test career has not been good so far. From the 10 Test matches he has played, Imam has only 483 runs against his name.

Notably, Imam was an integral part of Pakistan’s World Cup campaign and scored a 100 against Bangladesh at Lord’s helping his team win by 94 runs. But Pakistan, in the end, fell short on net run rate and could not make the semifinals finishing fifth behind eventual runners-up New Zealand.
