Riding on Shikhar Dhawan (79 runs off 49 balls) and skipper Kane Williamson’s fifty, SRH scored 179 runs for 4 wickets in their allotted 20 over in the 46th match of the 11th season of Indian Premier League (IPL) between MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings and SunRisers Hyderabad at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune, on Sunday.

After winning the toss, MS Dhoni invited Kane Williamson’s side to bat and somehow was successful in executing their plan as SRH opener Alex Hales (2 runs off 9 balls) departed early.

Following Alex departure, skipper Kane Williamson joined Shikhar Dhawan at the crease and added 123 runs for the second wicket.
