Virat Kohli’s statue installed at Jaipur Wax Museum on World Heritage Day
A wax statue of ace India cricketer Virat Kohli was installed at the Jaipur Wax Museum on the occasion of World Heritage Day on Thursday.
Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli, on Tuesday, was spotted playing gully cricket with children in Indore, ahead of the first Test between India and Bangladesh in the city.
In a video which has gone viral on various platforms of social media, Kohli was seen playing during a commercial shoot at the Bicholi Mardana area in Indore.

In the video which went viral on social media, the Indian skipper — wearing a checked shirt and jeans – can be seen having some fun time with the children. Kohli, who turned 31 last week, celebrated his birthday with his better half, actress Anushka Sharma, in Bhutan.
Kohli was rested for the three-match Twenty-20 International (T20I) series between India and Bangladesh. However, he resumed practice with the team from Tuesday as India gear up for the two-match Test series against Bangladesh.
Kohli & boys, after a practice session under the sun, also took to an evening session where they reportedly trained with pink balls under the light. India and Bangladesh are set to play the second match of the series, their first-ever Day-Night Test, with pink balls at the Eden Gardens from November 22.
“We got a request from the Indian team that they want to train under lights with an eye on the pink ball Test, so we are going to arrange for the same,” a former Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA) secretary was quoted as saying to IANS on Monday.
Other than the full-team practice, few players like Ajinkya Rahane, Cheteshwar Pujara, Mayank Agarwal, Ravindra Jadeja and Mohammed Shami, had already begun their preparation for the Day-Night Test.
While team India were playing Bangladesh in the successful T20I series under Rohit Sharma, the five cricketers were getting accustomed with the new ball under the lights of M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
