French football is currently in the midst of a boom as Les Blues have once again emerged as a powerhouse in recent years, but it seems that some of their brightest talents have questionable tastes when it comes to fashion.

Didier Deschamps’ squad reported for training at their base in Clairefontaine on Monday as they bid to qualify for next year’s FIFA World Cup in Russia.

Currently second in Group A behind Sweden, albeit on goal difference, France are in danger of missing out on automatic qualification should they fail to overhaul the Scandinavian nation.

After six games played, Sweden and France have 13 points each, with third-placed Netherlands not far behind on 10 points.

France have two important home games in the international break, the first a crunch tie with the Dutch on Thursday night before hosting minnows Luxembourg on Sunday.

The first game, against the inconsistent but dangerous Holland, takes place at the State de France in Paris and the second one will be played at the Stadium de Toulouse.

France are expected to win both their upcoming games and failing to do so might seriously hamstring their blows for FIFA’s showpiece event that takes place in Russia next year.
