All four teams are still in contention to reach the last-16 with Mexico currently on top of the group.

That comes after they beat Germany in their opening game before following it up with victory over South Korea.

Germany are second having beaten Sweden thanks to Toni Kroos’ last-gasp winner.

Sweden now face Mexico and Germany meet South Korea in the final group games at 19:30 IST.

And Mexico need just a point to qualify in first place – and would progress irrespective of their result if Germany fail to beat South Korea.

For Germany, they will qualify if they beat South Korea by two or more clear goals.

Sweden are guaranteed to make it through to the next stage if they better Germany’s result and the Swedes will top the group if they beat Mexico and better Germany’s result.

Should both Germany and Sweden draw, the nation in the higher-scoring game will finish second.

If the two contests finish with the same score, Germany will finish second after their victory over Sweden on Saturday.

South Korea still have a slim chance of qualifying. If they beat Germany and Sweden lose then it will come down to goal difference.

The winners and runners-up of Group F will face the top two from Group E, with Brazil therefore a potential last-16 opponent.
