In the final of the Women’s Asia Cup 2018, six-time champion and tourney favourites India will take on Bangladesh on Sunday. The WAC final will be played at the Kinrara Academy Oval, Kuala Lumpur.

On Saturday, while Women-in-Blue crushed Pakistan by seven wickets to qualify for the finals, Bangladesh outclassed hosts Malaysia by 70 runs in their final league tie to set their date with Harmanpreet Kaur’s squad.

Going into the final, India will be wary of Bangladesh’s prowess, especially after having lost to them in the league stages and would aim to avenge the humiliation en-route to their seventh consecutive title.
