Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018 kick-started on January 31. The event marked the long list of Bollywood showstoppers. Every season Lakme Fashion Week boasts of celebrities walking the ramp.

From the bridal collection to western wear, the five-day fashion week was surely a star-studded event. The fashion event started with Shahid-Mira and ended with Kareena Kapoor Khan.

On Day 1, the couple Shahid-Mira turned the heads and stole the show by being a bride-groom as they walked the ramp for Anita Dongre. They looked like a couple straight out of a fairytale. Dressed in an ivory bandhgala-sherwani, Shahid looked dapper groom and wife Mira looked an ethereal bride in a matching floral printed lehenga choli.

On the finale of the event, Kareena Kapoor Khan walked the runway for designer Anamika Khanna in a black outfit, which was inspired by sari. She was seen wearing a stunning black embroidered and glitzy dress. To add to the look, she paired it with heavy earrings.

Charming Disha Patani walked the runway for Shriya Som. The actress opted for a gorgeous soft hue ruffle gown. She looked absolutely ravishing as she posed with poise on the ramp. She completed her look with vibrant pink eye makeup. She tied her hair in a messy bun.

The gorgeous beauty, Dia Mirza, looked ravishing as she stepped out for Sanjukta Dutta in a full-sleeved ruby red blouse matched with ochre-gold toned sari with shimmering embroidery that comprises gold zari sequins.

The diva dressed in a nude crystal floral work tulle lehenga-choli walked for Tarun Tahiliani. She kept her hair open and added a statement ring. Her minimal makeup added a perfect look.

Saif Ali Khan was the showstopper on Day4 for fashion duo Shantanu and Nikhil. He looked handsome and kept his royalty in a grey bandhgala asymmetrical kurta, which had side buttons. He paired it with black churidar and black shoes.

Filmmaker Karan Johar walked on the ramp for designer Falguni Shane Peacock, as he dressed in a silver and black jacket and sported in a spiked salt-and-pepper hairdo.

Ace tennis star Sania Mirza looked gorgeous in lehenga by designer Anushree Reddy. She opted for a diamond necklace, earrings, ring and bracelet to complete her look.

Showstopper Sushmita Sen made a regal comeback on the runway for Kotwara. She wore an embroidered lehenga, heavy jewelry and dupatta draped over her head. She graced the ramp on the song ‘In Aankhon Ki Masti’ of ‘Umrao Jaan.

Fitness freak Shilpa wore a pearl grey lehenga with delicate embroidery covering it in entirety. The look was accessorised with a bodice, a jacket, and dupatta with frills. She wore her hair in a loose bun with flowers and adorned her neck with a jade choker.
