Dark Chocolate Samosa

Ingredients: Almonds and Cashew nuts (chopped): 20gm (10pcs each); Chocolate Fudge Spread: 90gm (3tbsp); Desiccated Coconut Powder: 15gm (1tbsp); Refined Flour (Maida): 250gm; Sugar: 30gm (2tbsp); Ghee (Clarified Butter): 50gm; Water: 500ml; Vegetable oil (for frying): 500ml

How to make Chocolate Samosa

In a bowl, mix Chocolate fudge spread, nuts and coconut for samosa filling. In another bowl sieve flour, sugar and add ghee. Mix well with fingers. Add water and knead well to make a soft dough. Divide dough in eight parts. Roll each part into 6-inch diametre chapatti. Divide each chapatti in two halves. Make cones from each of the halves, stuff with samosa filling and seal edges carefully using a little water. Heat oil on medium fire till smoking point and fry samosas till golden brown. Coat samosa with sugar syrup for rich taste. Serve hot.

Chocolate and Peanut Burfi

Ingredients: Melted Butter: 15gm (1tbsp); peanut butter Creamy: 60gm (2tbsp); Chocolate Fudge Spread: 60gm (2tbsp);

How to make Chocolate and Peanut Burfi

Melt chocolate fudge and peanut butter in a microwave on low level for 30 seconds. Line butter paper in a 4-inch square pan and grease with butter. Now spread melted peanut butter and chocolate fudge inside the pan in two layers. Freeze for five hours. De-mold, remove butter paper and cut into squares before serving. Garnish chocolate and peanut burfi with chopped pistachios.

 

Caramelized Onion Dip

Ingredients: Onions, peeled and sliced: 2 small; Veg Mayonnaise: 50gm (3tbsp); Sugar: 1 tbsp; Curd: 2 tbsp; Salt and black pepper powder: To taste

How to make Caramelized Onion Dip

In a non-stick pan heat oil over low flame. Sauté onions and sugar for 5-6 minutes or until light brown. In a bowl add sautéed onions, mayonnaise and curd and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper powder. Best served cold. Serve barbeque chicken, meat or fish with Caramelized Onion dip

Carrot and Chilli Dip

Ingredients: Small Carrot, peeled and grated:1; Dr Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise: 50gm (3tbsp); Small Green Chillis, de-seeded and chopped:2; Curd: 3 tbsp; Chaat Masala: 1 tbsp; Coriander leaves, chopped: 3-4 leaves; Salt and Black pepper powder: To taste

How to make Carrot and Chilli Dip

In a bowl add carrot, green chillis, curd, Mayonnaise, chaat masala and coriander leaves and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper powder. Serve cold.

Fun Pizza Toast

Ingredients: Capsicum (Diced): 70gm (1medium); Tomato (Diced): 70gm (1medium); Onion (Diced): 70gm (1medium); Pasta and Pizza Sauce: 60gm (4tbsp); Mozzarella Cheese (Grated): 45gm (3tbsp);

How to make Fun Pizza Toast

Pre-heat oven to 180°C. In a bowl add capsicum, tomato, onion and mix well. Spread the Pasta and Pizza Sauce on bread slices and spread vegetables and grated cheese on top. Bake for 20 mins or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
