How to cleanse your kidneys in natural way?

Two major compounds that the kidneys remove along with a number of waste products and get rid of them in the urine are urea and uric acid. Urea results from the breakdown of proteins and uric acid results from the breakdown of nucleic acids. Also, the kidneys reabsorb nutrients like glucose, amino acids, bicarbonate, sodium, water, phosphate, chloride, magnesium and potassium from the blood and transport them to where they would best support health.

Lemon, orange, cherry and melon juice contains citrate that helps cleanse kidneys and prevent stone formation. Eat fruits like grapes and cranberries. They also help cleanse your kidneys and they have often been praised for their bladder health benefits.

Drink kidney cleansing teas such as stringing nettle leaf tea. This herbal tea is high in antioxidants and protects the organs from oxidative stress. Sambong is another tropical climate shrub that can be consumed as herbal tea to cleanse your kidneys. Hydrangea is a flowering shrub that also serves as kidney cleansing tea due to its high antioxidant capabilities.

Few nuts and seeds like peanuts and pumpkin seeds, mixed green vegetable salads, ginger and beet juice are also potent foods to cleanse your kidneys.
