Make it a ritual to oil your hair before every wash. Give a thorough massage and leave oil overnight. Shampoo the next morning. Always apply lukewarm oil in your hair from root to tip. Make partitions while oiling. After massage, dip a towel in hot water and wrap it around your head covering all your hair for 15 to 20 minutes. Make sure that the towel should not be too hot as it may harm your hair shaft.
