Another delicious spread

Keeping in mind peoples’ propensity to try out new places, Charcoal Grill has introduced a section dedicated to unlimited buffet for the first time.

Consisting of Chinese and Indian cuisine, the buffet includes a live grill on the table. Apart from the mouth-watering veggies, meat and seafood, the starters comprise a number of other dishes, which are served on the table. Among the starters, the most interesting is the Veg Hara Bhara Kebab. Made with flavourful mashed peas, the tiny flat kebabs were soft and melted in the mouth with every bite.

Adding to the appetising starters, the main course is a roller coaster ride of multiple preparations. Amid so many cuisines, from Kashimiri Mutton Rogan Josh, Fish Butter Masala to Daal Makhani, one dish that stands out is the Chicken Bharta. A perfect combination of spices, the tender slices of chicken cooked in the creamiest gravy was a perfect side dish with the Chicken Biryani. The main course was a never-ending assortment of delicacies!

But a buffet spread is never complete without the last course of the meal, and Charcoal Grill’s dessert menu is a perfect treat to one’s sweet tooth. Serving mo-re than 21 types of sweets, starting from cakes, pastries, tart, and ice cream with toppings ranging from marsh mellows, to kitkat to chocolate wafers, these varieties of dessert act as an asset to the menu. Best in the desserts is the kiwi cake.

The buffet is a balance between non-vegetarian and vegetarian cuisines making it a perfect treat for both kinds of foodies. During a time, when the restaurant business is booming across the city, Charcoal Grill does not come up with originality but promises to provide exquisite quality. With a new menu every day, the buffet is available on all days of the week for lunch as well as dinner.
