A BJP worker, identified as 32-year-old Dulal Kumar, was found hanging from a pole in Dabha village of Purulia’s Balarampur in West Bengal.

While the police is also investigating the suicide angle, the BJP has alleged that TMC is behind the murder of its party worker.

According to the media reports, Dulal had gone missing on Friday and his body was found hanging on Saturday morning.

Last Wednesday, another BJP activist Trilochan Mahato was found dead.

Kailash Vijayvargiya, BJP National General Secretary, took to Twitter and criticised the alleged killing of BJP worker claiming TMC’s role behind it.

In a series of tweets, he also alleged that the local police is trying to prove that Dulal committed suicide and it is a conspiracy being hatched by TMC goons and police. He demanded that a team of five doctors conduct Dulal’s post-mortem and that the process is video graphed to be presented in court.

Last week, the body of a 20-year-old college student was found hanging from a tree in Purulia’s Balarampur with a chilling message. A note written on the back of his white T-shirt said, “BJP politics at only 18 years.”

There was also a poster which was found nearby which read, “Have been trying to do this since the polls, couldn’t. Today your life ends.”

On Friday, hundreds of workers and leaders of the West Bengal BJP held protests and demonstrations against the killing of young activist in the Purulia district.

The Protests held demonstrations outside several police stations as they accused the state administration of failing to maintain law and order.
