Uttar Pradesh, like most of the other states, lagged behind in distributing 100% of the enumeration forms for Special Intensive Revision (SIR).

According to ECI, here the distribution of enumeration forms commenced on November 4 and it will continue till December 4. In UP, there are 1,62,486 BLOs, one in each booth, while the number of BLAs deputed by the political parties are 2,90,445.

As per the performance of other states except Goa, which has achieved 100% form distribution, no other state has achieved the target.
Tamil Nadu is lagging behind with 92.04 %, Chhattisgarh with 93.84% and West Bengal with 98.08 %. The average distribution of enumeration forms in the country stood at 95.44%.
