This action violates the provisions of the Employee Conduct Rules, 1956. Disciplinary action has been initiated against the employee under the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Government Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999.

During the suspension period, Pinky has been assigned to the OPD of the AYUSH Department of the District Hospital.

To ensure a fair and timely departmental investigation of the matter, a three-member inquiry committee has been formed. Dr. Dinesh Pratap Saroj (Consultant, Orthopedic Surgery), Dr. Richa (Microbiologist), and Mrs. Sushma Yadav (Sister/Matrika) have been designated as investigating officers.
It is noteworthy that a video circulating on social media revealed an employee’s inhumane treatment of a patient, including kicking him and using abusive language.
