Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Ayodhya on a one-day visit on Wednesday.
CM Yogi first visited Sankat Mochan Hanumangarhi, where he prayed for the peace and prosperity of the state. After this, he worshipped Shri Ram Lalla and performed an aarti.
While leaving after the darshan, the Chief Minister accepted greetings from the general public. He also reviewed the progress of the Ram temple construction by circumambulating the temple premises and offered prayers at Ram Darbar.

Officials of the Ram Mandir Trust briefed him on the current status of the construction work and the upcoming plans.

Earlier, on his arrival in Ayodhya, the Chief Minister was accorded a grand welcome by local public representatives and officials at Maharishi Valmiki Airport. This was his first visit to Ayodhya in September, following his earlier visit on July 9 during the launch of the Plantation Maha Abhiyan.
