General category: Rs 1000
Other Backward Classes: Rs 500
SC/ST/PwD/Transgender candidates: Rs 250
Dates to remember:
• Last date for registration: September 30, 2018
• Admit card download: November 19, 2018
• Result declaration: January 10, 2019
Important information:
• From this year, UGC NET will be conducted two times a year. The first one will be conducted from December 9, 2018 and second will be conducted in the month of July 2019.
Paper pattern:
UGC NET December 2018 will consist of two papers. They will be organised in two shifts.
• Paper 1
Total marks: 100, Total questions: 50, Timings: 1Hour
First Shift: 9:30 am to 10:30 am
Second Shift: 2 pm to 3 pm
• Paper 2
• Total marks: 200, Total questions: 100, Timings:2 Hours
First Shift: 11 am to 1 pm
Second Shift: 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
