TNPSC recruitment 2019: Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has released the official notification for the direct recruitment to the posts of Drugs Inspector in the Tamil Nadu Medical Service and Junior Analyst in the Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate Service for TNPSC recruitment 2019. Candidates should apply online on the official website-www.tnpsc.gov.in

• Drugs Inspector: 40 posts

• Junior Analyst in the Drugs Testing Laboratory: 9 posts
Dates to remember:
• Last date of online applications: May 12, 2019
• Last date for payment of fee through Bank: May 14, 2019
• Date of examination Paper – I (Subject papers): June 23, 2019 (10:00 am to 1:00 pm)
• Paper – II (General studies): June 23, 2019 (02.30 pm to 04.30 pm)
Age limit:
• The candidates should be in the age limit of 18 to 30 years.
• However, for reserved category candidates will not have any upper age limit.
Academic qualification:
• Drugs Inspector: The candidates must possess a degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science or Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.
• Junior Analyst: The candidates must possess a Degree in Pharmacy or A Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Degree in Chemistry.
Application fee:
• Drugs Inspector: Rs 350
• Junior Analyst: Rs 300
• SC/ST/ Differently Abled Persons do not have to pay application fee.
Selection Procedure:
• The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Written examination and Interview.
