The Sangh Parivar’s All India Coordination Committee here has expressed concern over risen infiltration from Bangladesh into West Bengal and incidents of forced conversions and evil of drug addiction in Punjab.
However, the various Sangh Parivar outfits in their briefing at the ongoing coordination committee conclave have expressed their satisfaction over the improvement in the general situation in the trouble-torn Manipur, North Eastern region and Maoist menace infested regions of Chhattisgarh, the RSS national spokesman Sunil Ambekar told the media here this afternoon.

The Sangh Parivar organadtions have also praised the National Education Policy (NEP) being implemented by the Narendra Modi-led NDA government at the Centre and endorsed the rewriting or revision of various text books by the NCERT saying “They are working in the right direction”.
About the medium of education in self (native) language, he said the Centre’s stance is clear in the NEP, the medium for primary to higher secondary education should be the native language or the second locally popular language. However, the Sangh stance on language dispute (of Marathi) is “All Indian languages are national languages, all should be duly respected, any one who protests/opposes any language is wrong, this should not be done”.
Among the prospective agenda of the Sangh and allies (outfits) on the issue of the Mathura and Kashi (Vishwanath), Ambekar said, “The RSS chief has already cleared the stance that RSS would not launch any stir/movement over this issue, however, the Sangh Parivar volunteers would be free to take part in such agitation,if, launched by others.”
He said that the RSS and its sister outfits were concerned about the situation of (rise) infiltration, that emerged in the aftermath of disturbance in Bangladesh. The infiltrators have indulged in causing social unrest/violence and this is needed to be curbed. All Sangh organisations have been working in maintaining harmony and brotherhood. A number of FIR/ complaints have also lodged for seeking government intervention.
“In Punjab, forced conversions in backward strata is a matter of concern, our organisations have been working to prevent such incidents and spread social awareness among people. Drug menace is another issue of concern,” he said.
However, the RSS people were happy that a deadlock gradually broke in Manipur over conflict between Meitei-Kuki communities following peace agreement between the Home Ministry and the agitating groups.
This facilitated the opening of the Highway for Meitei people, Ambekar said, hoping that normalcy would return soon.
In the North Eastern regions the separatist movement, violence and activities of separatist elements are on the decline and the atmosphere is conducive for fast resumption of phase of progress and prosperity. The Maoist menace infested tribal regions of Chhattisgarh have also promised fast restoration of normalcy, he added.
It is a matter of satisfaction that all our swayam sevaks have been duly active in rescue and relief operations in flood affected regions of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand, Ambekar said.
