Railways operating record-breaking 9,111 trips during summer season of 2024
This marks a substantial rise compared to the summer of 2023, where a total of 6,369 trips were offered.
RRB RPF Constable recruitment 2019: The Indian Railways has announced a vacancy of 798 posts for Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Force. Of the total number of vacancies in the RPF, 10 per cent will be filled by female candidates.
Online registration for the forces will begin on 1 January 2019.
All male and female candidates who have cleared Class 10 examination and are in the age group of 18 to 25 years are eligible to apply.

Those awaiting the final result are not eligible to apply for this recruitment.
Selection for the RRB RPF jobs will be done on the basis of computer-based test, physical efficiency test, physical measurement test, trade test and document verification.
The computer-based test, which is expected to be held in February or March, will be held in 15 regional languages.

– Application can be done through the official website, constable.rpfonlinereg.org, on or before 31 January 2019.
– An application fee of Rs 200 needs to be made. Reserved category candidates are exempted from paying application fee.
