Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will soon conduct an examination to fill the vacant posts in the Commercial Department.
RRB JE recruitment 2019: The Railway Recruitment Board has released the detailed notification for Junior Engineers in Indian Railways. According to the official notification, a total of 13,487 posts would be filled by this recruitment drive.
The candidates can apply online at the official website-www.rrbcdg.gov.in from January 2, 2019.

• Junior Engineer: 12, 844 posts
• Junior Engineer (Information Technology): 29 posts
• Depot Material Superintendent: 227 posts
• Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant: 387 posts
Dates to remember:
• Online registration ends: January 31, 2019
• Closing of online submission of application complete in all respects: February 7, 2019
• 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT): April/May 2019
Age limit:
• The candidates should be between 18 to 33 years of age.
Examination fee:
• Unreserved category: Rs 500
• SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / PwBDs / Female / Transgender / Minorities / Economically backward class: Rs 250
Selection Process:
• The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of 1st stage Computer Based Test (CBT), 2nd stage CBT, and Document Verification/ Medical Examination.
• The first stage CBT will consist of 100 questions in 90 minutes
• The second stage CBT will consist of 150 questions in 120 minutes.
