Women’s Empowerment: Strengthened self-help groups, provided economic independence, and increased representation in governance.

Startup India Initiative unlocked new entrepreneurial energy, while Mudra Yojana extended collateral-free loans to young Indians.

Economic Transformation and Global Rise

Modi’s leadership has driven economic growth and elevated India’s stature on the world stage:

GST Reforms: Unified India’s market and streamlined taxation.

Infrastructure Development: Invested in roads, highways, and public transportation.

Global Diplomacy: Amplified India’s voice on issues like counter-terrorism, climate change, and digital innovation.

Citizen Engagement and Community Development

Modi’s commitment to citizen engagement is evident through initiatives like:

Jan Sampark: Connected government with citizens, promoting transparency and inclusivity.

Sewa Pakhwada Campaign: Featured blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, health check-up camps, and cultural events.

The BJP has plans to celebrate Prime Minister Modi’s 75th birthday by organizing an over two-week-long ‘seva pakhwara’ (service fortnight) across the country from September 17 to October 2.

The campaign will begin with blood donation camps in 1,000 districts on 17 September. From 18 September to 2 October, blood donation drives will continue at every Mandal, alongside cleanliness campaigns in schools, hospitals, railway stations, bus stands, temples, parks, riversides, and heritage sites.

Other activities include health check-up camps, environmental protection campaigns, exhibitions, distribution of assistive devices to persons with disabilities, a “Modi Vikas Marathon,” sports events, and drawing competitions.

The BJP’s youth wing will hold a Namo Yuva Run across 75 cities, each expected to see more than 10,000 participants. The Ministry of Culture will organise a student painting competition on themes of Viksit Bharat, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and Digital India to link youth with the vision of “Viksit Bharat 2047.”

BJP national general secretary Sunil Bansal has been appointed convener of the Sewa Pakhwada. Bansal said preparations included district-level workshops held between 6–10 September and Mandal-level workshops between 11–13 September.

Union Minister Bhupender Yadav and Sunil Bansal also announced that on 25 September, Deendayal Upadhyaya Jayanti, the BJP will launch the “Atmanirbhar Bharat, Viksit Bharat” campaign, which will continue until 25 December.

Looking Ahead

As PM Modi embarks on this new chapter, his legacy continues to inspire millions, guiding India’s progress toward a self-reliant and developed nation. The “Atmanirbhar Bharat, Viksit Bharat” campaign, set to launch on September 25, reflects PM Modi’s vision for India’s future.

No Retirement Plans for PM Modi

Despite speculation about his retirement after turning 75, BJP leaders have dismissed the rumors. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said, “There is no need to search for his successor. He is our leader and will continue.” Fadnavis also stated that in 2029, Modi will again be the Prime Minister.

Modi’s Enduring Leadership

Narendra Modi’s 24 years in public office mark a significant political milestone, underscoring his enduring leadership from Gujarat’s chief minister to India’s prime minister. His tenure has seen significant economic growth, infrastructure development, and social welfare initiatives. Supporters see him as the architect of a more confident India, while opponents argue that his tenure has centralized power.
