A special CBI court in Mumbai has acquitted former Maharashtra minister Padamsinh Patil and all other accused in the 2006 murder of Congress leader Pawanraje Nimbalkar and his driver, citing lack of evidence.
At the facility, Dr Syed Maqbool, a Cardiologist, has been named for alleged large-scale procedural irregularities as well as manipulation of official medical records.
The accused has been identified as Pawan Kumar Pandey or Varun Kumar Pandey, a resident of Gandhi Vihar, Delhi.

According to a statement by the Ministry of Defence, the controlled velocity test was conducted in collaboration with the Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).
