He even claimed that due to this, his health has become very serious and it seems that he can die any time.
Terming it a big conspiracy, Mukhtar Ansari, a former MLA, has appealed to the court to get the treatment at the earliest.

On Thursday, during the presentation of the gangster case in Barabanki’s MP MLA court through video-conferencing , Mukhtar Ansari’s lawyer submitted his application to the court.
Mukhtar Ansari was produced before MPMLA Court Judge Kamalkant Srivastava through video conferencing from Banda Jail.
During this hearing in a gangster case, no witness was present but in the court, Mukhtar Ansari’s lawyer submitted his application to the court.
In the letter, Mukhtar Ansari has said that there was poison in the food provided to him in Banda jail on March 19. He became seriously ill after consuming it.
There is pain in his hands and legs and in all the nerves of the body. Hands and feet are getting cold and he is feeling nervous. It seems that death can happen at any time.
Mukhtar has also told the court that 40 days ago also slow poison was given in his food. Therefore, the staff in the jail who tastes his food after preparing it and gives it to him also fell ill and was treated.
At present, while hearing the gangster’s case, the court has fixed March 29 for the next appearance.
