Madhya Pradesh Governor and Chancellor of Universities Mangubhai Patel on Monday congratulated Barkatullah University, Bhopal, on receiving an ‘A’ grade from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
He extended his best wishes to the university’s administration, faculty, and students.

The Governor remarked that this achievement reflects the sustained efforts being made to enhance academic quality in the state. The University’s Vice Chancellor, Suresh Kumar Jain, informed the Governor about the achievement during a visit to Raj Bhavan.
Governor Patel said that the NAAC ‘A’ grade is a testimony to the university’s academic excellence, research, efficient administration, and innovation. He added that this recognition will further strengthen the university’s reputation, create new opportunities for international research and higher studies, and improve placement prospects for students.
It will also promote greater collaboration, partnerships, and access to research funding from prestigious academic institutions, the Governor said.
