The chief minister informed that the state government will release cheetahs in Rani Durgavati Sanctuary (Nauradehi) in about two months. With this, Madhya Pradesh will have three homes for cheetahs.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also said that crocodiles/gharials and turtles will be released in various water bodies so that the state’s biodiversity can become even richer.

Referring to the current situation in Middle East (Gulf countries), he said 24×7 helpline/control rooms have been established at Madhya Pradesh Bhavan, New Delhi, and Vallabh Bhavan (Secretariat), Bhopal, to assist residents from Madhya Pradesh. Residents of Madhya Pradesh who are in Gulf countries for study, employment, business, tourism, or other reasons, and need any assistance, can contact these control rooms. All steps are being taken to ensure safe return of residents to India. Thousands of residents have already returned safely.
