To promote heritage and pilgrimage tourism in India, the Bharat Gaurav Tourist train will be operated on exclusive circuits for the “07 Jyotirlinga Yatra” in May 2026.
The tours will start from Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station.

From heritage to pilgrimage shores, the “07 Jyotirlinga Yatra” tour has it all. Spanning over a period of 12 days, this tour will cover a host of places like Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga (Ujjain), Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga (Omkareshwar), Nageshwar Jyotirlinga temple (Dwarka), Bet Dwarka (Island Temple), Dwarkadhish Temple, Somnath Jyotirlinga (Veraval), Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga (Nashik), Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga (Pune), Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar).
The Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train, a fully air-conditioned train, provides AC II, AC III, & Sleeper class and will accommodate a total of 750 tourists.
The train has enhanced security features including CCTV cameras in common areas and unarmed security guards for each coach.
The 07 Jyotirlinga Yatra has been launched at a special price of Rs. 48,500/- per person for 2AC, Rs. 36,560/- for 3AC and Rs. 23,505/- for Sleeper class.
The package price is inclusive of train journey in respective AC II, AC III & Sleeper class, accommodation in AC Budget Hotels & Non-AC Budget hotels, all meals (VEG ONLY), all transfers & sight-seeing in AC & Non-AC vehicles, accidental travel insurance and services of an IRCTC Tour Manager etc.
