“In these changing times, countries will compromise their growth if they keep continuing to rely on others,” PM Modi said as he emphasised that even as the world faces uncertainty and disruption, India continues to have “attractive growth.” “Disruption doesn’t wander us; we find new opportunities in that situation also. India is strengthening its foundation for the upcoming decade through Atmanirbharta,” he asserted.

PM Modi also credited structural reforms like GST for boosting India’s growth story and highlighted the government’s focus on creating inclusive digital platforms that benefit everyone. “India has made such platforms that carry everyone along… They serve opportunities for all. Platforms for All, Progress for All,” he said, citing examples like UPI, Aadhaar, DigiLocker, and ONDC.

The Prime Minister also praised Uttar Pradesh’s strong performance in the manufacturing sector, stating that 55 percent of all mobile phones manufactured in India are made in UP. “UP will strengthen India’s self-reliance in the semiconductor sector,” he added.

PM Modi also remembered Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on his birth anniversary, highlighting the former’s message of Antyodaya, which emphasizes development reaching the last person in the queue. “India is showing this development to the whole world,” PM Modi said, underscoring the country’s commitment to inclusive growth and social justice.
