‘Congress prince’ insulted India’s kings: Modi in Karnataka
Modi said that Rahul Gandhi makes his statements "very thoughtfully" to appease his vote bank.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday inaugurated, dedicated and laid foundation stones of multiple development projects worth more than Rs 8,350 crore in Gujarat’s Tarabh.
Speaking at the launch event, Modi said, “Today, every effort being made in the new India is creating a legacy for the future generations. The new and modern roads and railway tracks that are being built today are the paths of developed India only.”
He said that it is an unprecedented “Kaal Khand” in India’s development journey when “Dev Kaaj” (work of gods) and “Desh Kaaj” (works of nation) are being done at a pace faster then ever.

“It is an unprecedented and wonderful ‘Kaal Khand’ in the Vikas Yatra of Bharat. It is a time when both ‘Dev Kaaj’ and ‘Desh Kaaj’ have been at a pace faster than ever!,” the PM said.
The prime minister also offered prayers at a newly consecrated temple at Tarabh and highlighted his recent experiences of inaugurating several temples, including the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
“Exactly a month ago today, on 22 January, I was at the feet of Lord Ram in Ayodhya. There I had the privilege of participating in the historic event of consecration of the idol of Lord Ramlala. After that, on 14 February (Vasant Panchami), I got the opportunity to inaugurate the first Hindu temple of Khadi countries in Abu Dhabi. Just 2-3 days ago, I also got the opportunity to lay the foundation stone of Kalki Dham in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. Now today I have the privilege of worshiping after the Pran Pratistha in this grand, divine temple here in Tarabh,” Modi said.
The Prime Minister is also scheduled to reach Navsari, where he will initiate work on multiple development projects worth about Rs 24,700 crore. At around 6.15 pm, he will visit the Kakrapar Atomic Power Station.
