A total of 17 complaints were taken up during the meeting, of which the Chief Minister resolved 12 on the spot. Directions were issued to keep five cases pending until the next meeting, with instructions to the concerned officers to present detailed status reports on the pending matters.

Taking cognizance of a complaint regarding the dilapidated condition of the road from Umang Bhardwaj Chowk (Sector-10A) via Gadoli to Dwarka Expressway, the Chief Minister directed the concerned departments to make the road pothole-free within 24 hours.

The Chief Minister clarified that irrespective of whether the road falls under HSIIDC, Municipal Corporation, or GMDA, all damaged roads in Gurugram must be repaired and made fully motorable within one month, strictly in accordance with rules.

Referring to a complaint submitted by Carnation Residency RWA, Sector 85, regarding obstruction on a connecting road, the Chief Minister recalled that a committee of concerned departments had been constituted in the previous meeting. Acting on the committee’s report, the private land involved has now been purchased by the builder and the process of removing old structures has commenced.

The Chief Minister also took serious note of the long-standing water-logging problem in Surat Nagar Phase-1 and directed officials to ensure its complete resolution within one month. He instructed that all affected lanes be made water-logging-free and renovated to provide lasting relief to residents.
