AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday said that full statehood for Delhi will be a part of the party manifesto for the upcoming Assembly election. He also said that the party will fight for it.

In the Lok Sabha elections also, full statehood was the main poll plank of AAP. However, it failed to impress the voters resulting in a loss on all seven seats for AAP candidates.

Addressing the fifth Town Hall meeting, anchored by ABP news channel, Mr Kejriwal said full statehood is the only promise the party was not able to fulfil.
